Who am I?
My name is Florence Bonnet, I am 23 years old, and I am a professional goalkeeper at ESBF Handball, in Besançon.
Since my beginnings in handball, I have always been concerned about the position of goalkeepers, which is often neglected: few specific training, few suitable equipment, few quality support.
Very quickly, I wanted to take action. During university, I coached goalkeepers in all categories at ESBF, and at 20, with Marina Khatkova, I co-developed a specific training formation for goalkeeper coaches, soon available on the website.
The birth of Handgoal
The idea for Handgoal was born 4 years ago from a simple need: to be able to analyze the shots and habits of players without loose sheets of paper.
I was using video but I didn't have any suitable support. So I imagined the Handbooks : notebooks made by goalkeepers, for goalkeepers, to support analysis and progress, whether you are a beginner or a pro.
These notebooks allow you to:
